Threadstack is a design, web and systems studio based in Sydney, New South Wales. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Threadstack. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
When you fill in our quote form or email us, we collect your first and last name, business name, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
If you become a client, we also keep the details we need to run your project and send invoices, such as billing details and project correspondence.
Like most websites, our site may collect basic, anonymous usage data, such as pages visited and the type of device used, to help us understand how the site is used.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver and manage your project, send invoices and keep records we are required to keep.
We only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as website hosting, form handling, email and accounting software. They only receive the information needed to provide their service.
Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States. We choose providers with appropriate security and privacy practices.

We store information in secure, password-protected systems and limit access to the people who need it. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
